The ‘Griotella’ cherry is a sour cherry variety (Prunus cerasus), prized for its intense flavour and high sugar content, making it an excellent choice for baking, cooking, and preserving. Unlike traditional tart cherries, ‘Griotella’ is known for its natural sweetness balanced with acidity, making it more versatile than many other sour cherry varieties.
