Chrysanthemum ‘Kelvin Mandarin’ is a cherished cultivar, renowned for its vibrant, deep orange pompon blooms. It’s a solid, dependable plant with a robust growth habit, making it an excellent choice for beginner chrysanthemum enthusiasts. Generally more resistant to pests and fairly self-sustaining, it performs well with minimal fuss. Disbudding to a single main bloom is very effective, producing strong, well-formed flowers that are highly appreciated by florists and flower artists alike.

- Disbudding (removing side buds) helps develop larger, more refined blooms
- Support: Staking or netting is recommended to keep stems upright, especially in windy areas
- Watering: Keep soil evenly moist but well-drained to avoid root issues
