Currently, trees can only be shipped to urban addresses. Please take this into account when entering your delivery details. In Winter, our trees are shipped bare-rooted, meaning they are in their natural winter dormancy and will have no leaves (unless they’re conifers).
Before packing, we dip the roots in an organic hydrating medium to keep them moist and healthy during transit.
Each plant is securely packaged in durable, well-supported materials to ensure it arrives in great condition.
Once your plants arrive, you can store them in the unopened packaging in a cool, shaded place for up to 5 days. If you're not ready to plant right away, either plant them directly into their permanent positions or ‘heel them in’ — temporarily placing them in a garden bed to keep the roots covered and protected until you're ready to plant properly, ideally before spring.
